Label TextDiamond Cove, located at the east end of Great Diamond Island in Casco Bay, Maine, was a popular picnic and excursion site from about 1812 through the 1860's. The scene was painted by hundreds of 19th century artists, including Charles E. Beckett, John G. Cloudman, J. B.
