Biography"Mrs. Corenne Seymour Schofield died Monday, December 12th, at the Highland Park General Hospital, Detroit, Mich. Born January 18th, 1883, on the Beaver Meadow road, daughter of the late Edwin M. and Marguerite E. Black, she attended the old Hartwick Seminary, and was a graduate nurse of the training school of the former Thanksgiving Hospital. On December 27th, 1904, she married Brainard R. Schofield of Springfield Center, and in 1920 moved to No. 201 South Lafayette avenue, Royal Oak, Mich., where she had since resided. Surviving are her husband; a son, Edwin B. Schofield, and a daughter, Mrs. Marion C. Taylor, residing at home; also two brothers, Gilbert L. and Leon C. Black of Cooperstown. Burial was made in Oakview cemetery, Royal Oak."
