Label TextJoyce Growing Thunder Frogarty designed this doll as a reflection on the importance of traditional gender roles in Plains Indian culture. This male doll wears a shirt, leggings and moccasins made of suede leather and decorated with porcupine quillwork. In his right hand he holds a beaded pipe bag and in his left hand a tomahawk.
