Label TextW.B. (Bus) Romeling was raised near Schenectady, New York and graduated from the Pratt Institute in 1931. Later he completed his educational studies at Syracuse University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education and a Master’s Degree in Fine Art. Bus spent his life-time teaching at the Owen D. Young Central School in Van Hornesville, New York. His watercolor landscapes were inspired by local scenes ranging from his home in the Mohawk Valley to the countryside near Cooperstown.
