Label TextAmong the Cheyenne an exclusive guild of women applied sacred embroidery to certain objects, including tipi furnishing. The beaded designs were usually made in four colors - red, black, yellow and white or occasionally as on this liner light blue was substituted for the white. Tipi liners were suspended around the tipi bottom to stop drafts and add privacy.
