Label TextThe potters of Santa Clara pueblo enjoyed equal attention to those of San Ildefonso. Santa Clara pottery makers were renowned for their ancient skills in making black ceramics. The elegant shape of the pot with its high neck and turned rim was especially characteristic of Santa Clara pottery.
